What is sparkling water?

Filtered sparkling water (also called seltzer water) is made of only two ingredients: still water and carbon dioxide. When water meets carbon dioxide it becomes carbonated or "sparkling." Our system provides sparkling water on demand.

How does a sparkling water system work?

Sparkling water machines dispense carbonated water on demand by mixing carbon dioxide with still, filtered water.

What type of filtration does Natura use?

Natura uses ANSI-53 spec'd filters, which are high-grade filters on the market as well as NSF rated filters.

How often do I need to change my filters?

We recommend changing filters at least twice a year, depending on usage, water quality and which filter you are using.

How often do I need to change my CO₂ tank?

How long the CO₂ lasts depends on usage, the level of carbonation chosen and the gas bottle size.

Can I install a Natura system myself?

Yes, but self-installing will void the warranty. We recommend having a certified installation specialist do it.

What does the warranty cover?

Systems come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. There are also extended warranty plans.

Can I lease a system?

Yes, you can lease a Natura system by contacting our sales team.

What type of payment does Natura accept?

We accept most major credit cards, EFT transfers, and direct payments.

Does Natura service my area?

Natura services South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania and surrounding regions. Contact us for more information.

What is the most suitable system for our establishment?

Each system has different capabilities which vary in capacity. We have systems suited for Hotels, Restaurants, Game Lodges, Conference Facilities, Gyms as well as Residential.
